Interview with Dan from RESONANCE CASCADE and exclusive stream of "Violent and disappointed"!

NO FUN - NO TREND - NO ART - JUST GRIND
Hey, your a new band for the maniacs worldwide, could you please introduce Resonance Cascade?
ok. First some boring facts: We are four guys from Scania, the very south of Sweden, from towns like Malmö, Lund and Osby and consists of: Johan Bergström – vocals, Arvid Borg – drums, Andreas Johansson – bass and Dan Widing – guitar. We started the band autumn 2012 , with another drummer. That drummer left the band cuz he said ” I don´t play fast enough for you guys”. So the first recording we did ended up as a seven inch on a cool U.S label called Cricket Cemetery sometime late 2014 early 2015. Don´t remember. Anyway, you can´t hardly find it in europe I think. if you want to buy it you have to go directly from us haha. Don´t know about the distribution. Anyway we got some nice reviews for it and for being the first songs we wrote it´s not to bad. So for excisting for well almost five years we have only done three gigs, our fourth we be done on the release party for our upcoming split LP with Järnbörd the second of march in Malmö. Haven´t worked to hard to get shows, haha. Really hope that we can get out more on the road and hope the grinders enjoy the split LP, cuz I really liked how our recording turned out. Raw and fast!

Interview with Convulsions and exclusive stream of debut full length!

Cultivated the Spanish Grindcore traditions debutants from Convulsion attacks with debut full length album. Enjoy the stream and interview, Andy.
Hey, convulsions are involuntary muscle spasms, what was the reason for selecting such a brutal name for the band?
Hey! We are Campos (vocals), Héctor (guitar) and Binky (bass). First things first, thanks for counting on us for this interview.
Campos: It wasn’t anything we thought a lot, actually. We just wanted something aggressive as a name, since the music is fast, and we liked this one.
What would you say to a person who hasn't heard your debut album?
Campos: Sincerely we haven’t invented anything new in grindcore nor we are going to, we simply like to mix old school grindcore, bands like Denak or Excruciating Terror, with raw grind like Insect Warfare, Death Toll 80K or Internal Rot. If you like blast beats, take 15 minutes to have a listen, which is the length of our EP.
Héctor: Turn the volume up and enjoy.

Your lyrics are in Spanish, could you explain us (speak english or die people) Convulsions ideology?
Héctor: Hahaha, we don’t speak about convulsions, I wouldn’t know what to say about them. Lyrics are about injustices and social problems mostly, inequalities, against war and capitalism.

Interview with Niklas/ The Arson Project!

Hey Niklas, The Arson Project is back to the game due to debut album "Disgust". What caused the disgust?
Hey Andy! I would say the combined abstinence of not being able to express feelings, be creative/writing music or touring to the extent that we would like to - and the huge frustration of living in this fucked up ignorant and selfish world where the rich gets richer and the poor gets poorer, while the rest of the people are jumping from one foot to another unable to decide whether they should care more about the new Iphone model or where celebrities buy their underwear. The forests are soon gone, the seas are already filled with garbage, the meatgrinder keeps on going and more wars and more suffering is ahead of us. But just relax because you can be 100% sure that there's some way that they will be able to blame the immigrants for all of it too. However, the purpose is not about enlightening anyone, it's more like a personal way of processing it. I gave up long time ago.
